The Institute for Conscious Leadership. At the core of every successful enterprise and the essence of every individual is clearly defined and articulated set of principles, values and beliefs. And because we are desiring creatures, these values must be oriented to some end, something at the highest level that serves a community. Every organization and every individual moves toward fulfilling its greatest potential when their vision, purpose and mission is clearly defined. This is, at the heart of it, a spiritual exercise. Humanity has forever used religion as an orientation for focusing its spirituality. The Spiritual Center of The Institute for Conscious Leadership, originally founded as The Orlando Church of Religious Science, remains firmly rooted in the Philosophy called Science of Mind. This philosophy embraces the threads of Truth found in the Ancient Wisdom of all the world’s major religions. In this country, it arose out of the American Transcendentalist movement of the 19th century, which observed and celebrated the practical application of spirituality governed by natural law. These Truths have been rediscovered in the discipline of metaphysics and psychology at the turn of the 20th century. Perhaps most exciting of all, the principles of Science of Mind are now being discovered as applicable to the development theory in quantum physics, organizational success, individual fulfillment and integrity. Most importantly, the practices of Science of Mind will lead anyone to experience greater prosperity in health and finances, as well as greater depth, satisfaction and love in relationships and in work. For this work is growing through applied, practical spirituality, empowering us to conscious spiritual evolution and maturity for the greatest good of the planet.
