Partners in Conscious Leadership offers leadership and spiritual development opportunities and
processes for individuals, corporations,
non-profit agencies and churches.

Whether you are an individual seeking to deepen your spiritual path or an organization trying to implement the latest strategic initiative, you’ve probably encountered significant obstacles. These can sometimes be formidable as they are often approached symptomatically, often creating greater levels of frustration and anger, resulting in lower morale, motivation, profit or success.

We know that to be effective, we must treat the cause rather than the effect. Most likely, the primary cause of unsatisfactory results is due to faulty thinking, resulting in poor communication, mistrust and low self-esteem.

Until these blocks are recognized and a willingness to dissolve them is committed to, initiatives, whether individual or corporate, will continue to show brief progress and then revert to former levels of performance or worse. The source of this tendency is the blockage of the free flow of inspiration, creativity and compassion.

  • Purpose Driven Organizational Transformation - designed to transform corporations, non-profit agencies, churches and spiritual centers to what we call a high performance organization.
