Our team is led by our Executive Director, John DePalma. With over 19 years as a management consultant and personal coach, he has facilitated change in organizations and with individuals.He is passionately involved in facilitating the evolving consciousness of non-profits and corporations to transform themselves and create sustainable local, regional and global communities.

John DePalma, Executive Director of TICL Working with all levels within an organization from the guys who literally worked in the trenches to the CEO's in the corner office, he's coached teams, trained project managers, managed strategic initiatives with executive committees, and counseled and strategized with CEO's. Additionally, we have a cadre of subject matter experts and associates who bring their expertise to craft the most appropriate solution that addresses our clients needs.

 


At the Institute we specialize in values and cultural assessments that uncover any areas in your culture that are strong but under-utilized or areas that might be causing undue and unnecessary stress.

We've led strategic planning initiatives, vision development projects, personality inventories, 360 leadership evaluations, and cultural assessments.

In addition to organizational transformation nationally, we give back to our community working with non-profit businesses, leading regional training for International Centers for Spiritual Living in Boca Raton, Atlanta and Morristown NJ. We've also led Board retreats for numerous Centers for Spiritual Living on church growth and development.
